Horfield and Lockleaze Neighbourhood Partnership was launched in March 2008. The Neighbourhood Partnership comprises 4 elected ward councillors (Neighbourhood Committee), local residents, community and voluntary sector representatives and statutory sector representatives.
The Partnership has asked local residents about the top issues facing the area. The priorities and issues identified are:

2. Transport, Traffic & Parking
3. Community Facilities
*Particularly in the Manor Farm Area
4. Employment
5. Provision for young people
6. Crime and Community Safety Issues
